Return & Cancellation Policy

At CHAANDBENI, we take pride in creating beautiful, handmade hair accessories with care and precision. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we do allow exchanges in rare cases of damage or incorrect items, subject to verification and approval.
- No Return Policy We do not accept returns for reasons such as: Change of mind Dislike of color, size, or design Personal preferences or gifting issues All sales are final. Please review all product details before placing an order.
- Exchange Policy (Only for Damaged or Wrong Products) We only offer exchanges under the following conditions: The item received is physically damaged during transit. You have received the wrong product (different from what you ordered). To request an exchange, you must: Contact us at chaandbenioffcial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Provide: Your order number Clear photos of the product, packaging, and damage/issue
- Exchange Approval Process Once your exchange request is received, our team will review and verify the evidence within 2–3 business days. If the claim is approved: We will arrange an exchange or send the correct product at no extra cost. If the product is not available, we may issue store credit or an alternative of equal value. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
- Cancellations Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed, as all products are made to order. If you made a mistake in your order, please contact us immediately after purchase. We may assist only if the order has not entered production.
